The StreetPilot 2620 is WAAS enabled and has a 2GB Microdrive so you dont have to worry about memory. It features a high-resolution color touch screen with voice prompted turn by turn navigation and a powerful microprocessor for fast route calculations & map redraw. What that means is if for some reason you miss the street are you suppose to go onto the Garmin StreetPilot 2620 will recalculate your new route much faster.
It has a built-in patch antenna and MCX-type connector for optional external GPS antenna connection. It has a preprogrammed hard drive storage unit, an Audible & Visual navigation instructions & warnings. It is an automotive-grade, 8-bit, 256 color touchscreen backlit LCD along with a built-in photo sensor adjusted for light conditions automatically.
It also comes with an integrated dash-mounting system which provides an easy adjustment & quick release. The 2620 includes a 128MB CompactFlash memory card for map downloads an IR remote control, external speaker with 12V/24V adapter cable, a USB to PC interface cable, AC power adapter, integrated dash mount and a portable friction mount.

The unit includes a pre-programmed hard drive that stores City Navigator detailed maps of North America or Europe (see MapViewer, right, to view coverage areas). The intuitive, menu-driven touchscreen ensures that navigating the unit is as easy as navigating the road.
Like its predecessor—the StreetPilot 2610—this unit features a high-resolution color touchscreen with voice prompted turn-by-turn navigation and a powerful microprocessor for fast route calculation and map redraw. The system includes a unique wireless infrared remote control, which allows easy operation of the unit from a distance.
